Another track from Zimmer’s Desert Drive mixtape is this one from Only Children. It’s just freaking fantastic, can’t stop listening to this housy groove. Play it loud so your neigbours can enjoy it as well.
The Magician is out with Magic Tape 22 today, the opening track for this one is Triscuits by Swedish Monitor 66. It is getting a lot of support right now, it’s also featured on Zimmers Desert Drive (scroll down to find it, free download as well). Very smooth track indeed. The Swedes get a nice spring shirt as their companion, by country men John Henric.

Zimmer describes his musical style as Horizontal Disco, which for some reason feels like a suitable description for his elegant tones. This fantastic mixtape by the LA / Paris resident is full of goodies from the likes of Moon Boots, Alpine/Goldroom, Only Children, Helsinki based Zebra and Snake etc…Hard to find a pair of jeans that could do this excellent mixtape justice, but i think these just might do.
Cool tune by Belfast based Figure of 8 remixed by Mighty Mouse. The charismatic voice is given by Sophie Galpin. Electric blue seems to be a vibrant color for spring 2012 fashion. Check out the suave suit by ASOS for a guaranteed successful night out.
Such a good tune by Pollyester, funky beats and catchy chorus. The featured white hat by H&M is a sure sign of the hat trend all over Scandinavia the summer of 2012. The real dandies wore them already last year of course, but nevertheless a leche look for this summer as well.
Freaking good music, but what can you expect when four great artists get together. The video will make you woozy after the first minute… so beware kids.
I haven’t heard about DiscoKungen before, but he sure treats us with a royal mix for Penguin Prison’s Fair Warning. Today’s spring style feature comes from Massimo Dutti, a crispy marine styled double buttoned blazer.
Smooth hip-hop for a relaxing Saturday afternoon. French electro pop duo Destronics joins forces with 17-year old boy genius Chateaubriand, the remix by Lyon based PleasureLove is just too good. Remember to check out the original as well which has more of a housy feel.
A perfect slow song for a long, lazy, Friday evening.
Funky beats by Punks Jump Up, featuring Dave 1 out of Chromeo. The fresh pink Oxford shirt comes from another favorite brand, J Lindeberg. Click the image for a more detailed look.
