I tweeted this track a few hours ago. Now I’ve listened to it about five times and decided to post about it as well. Oddience is a hip-hop and soul music collective based in Los Angeles. The flow of the lyrics, the relaxed energy of the beat, and the raspy vocals makes this track remarkably good. Can’t wait for more music by Oddience.
Ben Macklin and Tom Hammond form Cassette Club, a British music duo that creates in their own words, irresistibly good looking pop music. They are releasing a full album later this year so while waiting for it here’s the great track Number Seven.
Maison Kitsune’s version of the classic dinner jacket is a perfect choice if you’re looking for something exquisite. Wear it with worn denim and suede shoes if you want to tone it down a little.
Little Dragon’s new track Sunshine is as breezy summery pop tune that will probably please most old and new fans of the Swedish music gem. A bit more surprising maybe is the fact that they’ve coupled with swanky Vodka brand Absolut for the music video.
Monsieur Zimmer’s June mixtape was published earlier today, featuring many recognizable tracks and remixes. Truly amazing that you can download such a quality compilation of music for free.

This black blazer by D&G seems to be basically perfect if you ask me. The slim and short cut makes it exactly what i look for in a black blazer. Wear it with dark blue denim, a crispy white shirt and a purple pocket square for a elegant evening.
Great danceable remix by Ben Macklin on Florence + The Machines No Light, No Light. Free Download, so don’t mind if I do.
Finnish summer is what it is, this week’s weather has been quite poor to be honest. I’m going to spend the upcoming weekend at a cabin by the sea and the way things are looking right now it’s probably going to be more of a indoor, sort of, excursion. The outfit below basically captures what I had in mind for weekend clothing, a blend of rugged and relaxed items that will keep me safe whatever the weather should turn out to be.
Lithuaninan house duo Mario & Vidis relesead their noir deep house track named Care last week. This version here is shorter than the original, so head on to Juno for the full release.
Loafers come in all shapes and sizes. Personally, I’m a big fan, and I feel like you can basically wear them with anything if courageous enough. Here’s a fantastic pair by Italian house Santoni.
The Magician’s latest tape features stand-out tracks by Isaac Tichauer, Monsoon Season, Duke Dumont, Panama, and Yuksek & The Magician. His next tape will be revealed in September so enjoy this one over summer. Cheers to the extremely busy Producer/DJ for taking time and putting together these tapes that are always greeted with open arms by the Indie Dance community.
If you haven’t got one of these in your wardrobe then this one might be something for you. This classic red gingham shirt by J. Lindeberg is perfect for casual summer events. Role up the sleeves, open up a few buttons, and wear it over a pair of worn medium dark jeans.
Lana Del Rey’s music generally divides opinions. One thing is sure though, her songs get the most amazing remixes. Brodinski, Gesaffelstein, and now Afterlife for the track National Anthem.
Sales are great for buying things that you like but not love. ASOS is full of goodies waiting to be taken. Personally, i am buying this Daft Punk sweater. I’m going to wear it for when I go wind-surfing, Sunday food shopping, and generally just for chilling around at the house.
New loungy disco by Russian producer Sgreyes. Not so much info about him out there, nevertheless, i really like the featured track called Secret Woman. Let’s wait for more, in the meantime, download and share if you like what you hear.
A new slightly more interesting alternative to the usual pallet of sky blue is featured in this fall’s collection from COS. The somewhat oddish color makes it just right for a relaxed summer dinner, brunch or pick-nick. I would wear it with dark clean jeans and a nice black or brown belt. Because of the classic fit i would probably choose to go down maybe two sizes in order to make it suitable for a casual look.
Amsterdam producers/DJs Homework have remixed Andre Crom’s track with a elegant deep house touch. Love the lazy sax and joyful flute.
Favorite brand Tiger Of Sweden has their summer sale going on. I think the coat below could be my favorite from the items on sale. The dark blue tone makes it so much more interesting than the common black.
